Kaizen is “continuous improvement”, something that has been at the heart of Nexor from its earliest days. Building on staff values, empowerment and engagement, we encourage everyone to think about anything that could add value for our customers. Nexor’s Business Improvement Board constantly assesses ideas and suggestions that require significant investment, while staff are encouraged to make local adjustments to their working practices to cut out waste and improve customer value.
