Nexor Appoints Red River as US Reseller in Defence and Homeland Security Sectors
Nexor has appointed Red River Computer Company (Red River, www.redriver.com) as its US reseller for Nexor Sentinel Version 3, the SELinux based version of Nexor’s successful high assurance mailguard.
Nexor selected Red River for its close ties with the US defence and government marketplace facilitated through its GSA, SEWPIV and ECS III contractual vehicles, and for its ISO9001:2000 certification. Red River is also a distributor of the Purifile Office File Inspection Application, with which Sentinel 3 interfaces.

Nexor Sentinel protects an organisation by ensuring that any outbound data is conformant to the data sharing policy and any inbound data has been suitably checked to prevent entry of inappropriate content that could lead to a downstream denial of service. Sentinel is provided as an appliance on HP Proliant Servers using SELinux, an EAL4 operating system. SELinux’s underlying features enable Nexor to complement and enhance its end-to-end security model making the product suitable for use in high assurance environments. Sentinel Version 3 mirrors the functionality of the STOP1-based Sentinel Version 2, which is currently the high assurance mailguard of choice for NATO’s deployed operations.
