Nexor Overseer

Forwarding and alerting from delivery to guaranteed point of action

Nexor Overseer ensures that critical messages are actioned within a predetermined period. The main problem encountered with standard email systems is that message delivery relies on recipients being logged into their accounts. This is addressed by generating alerts to alternative mailboxes and redirecting messages to alternative recipients.

Key features:

  • Both alerts and redirection are configurable, based on the priority and/or precedence of the message, and different policies can be applied to each.
  • Normal, unprotected messages and S/MIME encrypted/signed messages can all be processed.
  • Preconfigured rules determine whether a message should be sent to an alternative user or to an alternative mailbox for the same user.
  • Use of the Microsoft Management Console (MMC) for configuration enables the product to be managed from a central administration system.
The attached datasheet (42.03 kb) explores the issues.
